Short circuit tester ECT3000B, Power Probe Tek
The ECT3000B car installation tester from Power Probe is designed to work with a voltage of 12 ~ 24 VDC, directly from the battery. The tester has a transmitter and a wireless receiver, which shows the presence of short circuits, the direction in the presence of a problem area and tracking in an open circuit.
Presentation
The Power Probe ECT3000B compact tester is used to diagnose automotive installations, it is powered directly from the vehicle via battery terminals, allowing the user to perform an electrical test for continuity and short circuit, thanks to the wireless receiver it has.
The device has sound and visual indicators, through which you can intuitively track the direction to the problem area and find the exact location of the damaged wire, even in hard-to-reach places with limited visibility, thanks to the built-in work lighting. This powerful tool saves time at work and is ideal for anyone involved in car repair work.

Working specifications
Buzzer
In electronics, a continuity test is the checking of an electric circuit to see if current flows . A continuity test is performed by placing a small voltage across the chosen path. If electron flow is inhibited by broken conductors, damaged components, or excessive resistance, the circuit is "open".
Autoranging
Automatic switching of a multirange meter from its lowest to the next higher range, with the switching process repeated until a range is reached for which the full-scale value is not exceeded. LED indicator
The device has a built-in LED indication with a variety of uses.
Work Light
Integrated work light, which provides extra convenience when working in environments with insufficient ambient light.
